01 / Five stages

How a project runs.

We’ll start with a conversation about what you need, your budget, and your timeline. From there, I’ll suggest a plan and walk you through the work involved.

You’ll see working versions along the way, with time to ask questions and give feedback before launch.

  1. Stage 01

    Tell me about the project

Send me a few sentences about what you want to build or improve. We can start with a short call or work through the details in writing. I’ll take a look and let you know how I can help.

    You bring
The problem, in plain words. A few sentences are enough.
    You get
A reply within two business days and a suggested next step.
  2. Stage 02

    Agree on the plan

I’ll put together a proposal based on your priorities and budget. Before work starts, we’ll agree on what I’m building, what it costs, and the timeline.

    You bring
Priorities, constraints, and any hard dates.
    You get
Scope, timeline, and price in writing before work starts.
  3. Stage 03

    Design and build

I’ll share working versions as the project takes shape. You can try them, ask questions, and give feedback along the way.

    You bring
Content, access to the tools involved, and feedback.
    You get
A preview you can open and regular check-ins.
  4. Stage 04

    Review and launch

We’ll review the project and work through the launch checklist together. I’ll provide documentation and walk you through managing your code and accounts.

    You bring
Final review and sign-off on the launch checklist.
    You get
Documentation, repository access, and account ownership.
  5. Stage 05

    Support after launchOptional

If you’d like help after launch, I’m available for ongoing support or individual updates. We’ll agree on the work and schedule based on what you need.

    You bring
The fixes or improvements you’d like to work on next.
    You get
An agreed schedule and help from someone who knows your project.

02 / Setting expectations

Before work starts, we’ll agree on the scope, timeline, and price. If something changes, I’ll explain what it means for the project before we move ahead.

You own your code and accounts. I’ll provide documentation to help you manage them, and ongoing support is available if you need it.

A few sentences are enough to begin.
