Phoenix Family Care
Showing new patients what the clinic treats and how to get seen.
01 / The problem
A new clinic has to introduce itself.
Before a first visit, patients want to know what the clinic treats, who they’ll see, which languages are spoken, and how to find a second-floor suite inside an office building.
02 / What I built
I built the site around those questions. It covers the clinic’s services, the provider’s background, the seven languages spoken at the clinic, and the office hours. It also lists the ways to get seen: calling, walking in, or requesting an appointment online.
Commercial drivers get their own page for DOT physicals, with what the exam covers, what to bring, and the examiner’s National Registry number with a link to verify it. An interactive map and photos of the route take patients from the street to the clinic door.
03 / Features
Service pages
Primary care services on one page, with separate pages for DOT physicals and weight loss management.
Directions to the door
An interactive map, then photos of the building sign, the directory, and the way up to the second-floor suite.
Provider and language details
The provider’s training and certifications, and the seven languages patients can be seen in.
Structured data
The clinic’s name, address, phone number, and hours in a format search engines can read.
04 / How it’s built
I built the site with Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS and documented the setup for the practice. The code and hosting are in the practice’s own GitHub and Vercel accounts.
